All XCON booth spaces are currently sold out. Please contact Robin Roberts at (843) 602-4501 to inquire about any cancellations and availability.
If booth spaces should become available, please download & print the 2016 XCON Exhibitor Application and Dealer/Exhibitor Agreement forms. Fillout and mail or fax them to us along with your payment or on-line payment receipt. We must have your completed & signed forms before we assign your booth space, so we will have your correct information for the show program.
The booth spaces are 6 X 10 or larger and are available on a first come first serve basis. We will send a confirmation with an assigned space upon receipt of your application and payment in full.
3' X 6' Tables are available for $20 each or free with 2 or more booth rentals.
Please note that the fee for tables only applies to Vendor Booths.
Electricity & WiFi is available for $75 per booth (limited availability)

XCON Myrtle Beach has a limited number of corporate sponsorships available. These are reserved for our corporate sponsors who help to make this event and all future events truly awesome.

Corporate Sponsors get a booth in the exhibit hall, logos on all printed materials excluding T-shirts, and participation in our VIP party.
XCON uses Con Currency known as X Bucks as prizes for some of our contests. We require every vendor to accept X Bucks at their booth. We will buy these back from you at the end of the convention at 80% of face value. We limit the total amount of X Bucks per show to $1,000 and Limit the amount any Vendor has to accept to $100.
You can OPT OUT of the X Bucks by Donating merchandise to our prize pool.
